From team uniforms to company-wide event shirts, MyLogoMax handles large screen printing orders in-house at our Chino shop — the more you print, the lower your cost per shirt.
Bulk screen printing is custom apparel printing sized for large orders — typically 24 or more pieces — where the one-time screen setup cost is spread across enough shirts to bring the price per piece down significantly. MyLogoMax produces bulk orders in-house at our family-owned shop in Chino, California, serving Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, Corona, Fontana, Pomona, Los Angeles, and the surrounding Inland Empire since 2007. We regularly print for schools, sports teams, corporate events, and fundraisers, with orders ranging from a few dozen shirts to several hundred.
Every screen-printed design starts with a one-time setup cost — burning a screen for each color in your design. That cost stays the same whether you print 20 shirts or 500, which means the more pieces in your order, the less that setup cost adds to each individual shirt.
A 100-piece order with a simple one- or two-color design is almost always more cost-effective per shirt than a 25-piece order of the same design — which is why bulk screen printing is the standard choice for schools, teams, and companies outfitting large groups.
Bulk orders usually mean mixed sizes and, sometimes, multiple people coordinating the order. We work directly with a single point of contact — a coach, teacher, HR manager, or event organizer — who collects sizes and confirms the final count before we go into production.
If your group needs a size breakdown across youth and adult sizing, or a mix of styles (t-shirts for some, hoodies for others), we can quote that as one combined order rather than requiring separate purchases.
For large orders where cost per shirt matters most, we typically recommend budget-friendly blanks. Want a softer or more premium feel? Bella+Canvas and Comfort Colors are available at a higher per-shirt cost. Not sure what fits your budget? Choose 'cheapest' on our quote form.
A general guide to which method fits which order size — exact recommendations depend on your design.
| Order Size | Recommended Method | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1–23 pieces | DTF or DTG printing | No minimum, no setup fee — cost-effective below screen printing's break-even point |
| 24–99 pieces | Screen printing (1–2 colors) | Setup cost starts paying off; simple designs keep per-piece cost down |
| 100–499 pieces | Screen printing (bulk pricing) | Best value range — per-shirt price drops meaningfully at this volume |
| 500+ pieces | Screen printing (wholesale bulk) | Ideal for large events, districts, or multi-location orders |
