Why Embroidery Is the Standard for Jacket Branding
Jackets get worn hard — zipped, unzipped, layered over other clothes, and washed less predictably than a t-shirt. A stitched logo holds up to that kind of wear far better than a printed one, since there's no ink layer to crack, peel, or fade at the seams and cuffs.
That durability is why most jackets we produce, especially for corporate and long-term staff use, are embroidered. Screen printing and DTF remain solid options when a design needs full color or a size that would be impractical to embroider, particularly large back designs.
