Cap digitizing is different from digitizing a flat garment, because the machine stitches onto a curved, structured surface. We also offer 3D puff embroidery — a foam backing under the stitching that raises bold lettering off the surface for extra dimension, popular for text-heavy or retro-style logos. Let us know if you want a puff look, since it's digitized differently from standard flat embroidery.
