Produced in-house at our family-owned shop in Chino, California, we serve the Inland Empire and Los Angeles since 2007. Your logo is digitized and stitched the same way as our other embroidery work, then finished with whichever backing fits how you plan to use it.
The patch itself is embroidered the same way regardless of backing — the difference is entirely in how it attaches to the garment. Iron-on uses a heat-activated adhesive; sew-on is stitched directly around the border; velcro uses a hook-and-loop backing that lets the patch detach and swap.

Patches can be round, oval, rectangular, or cut to a custom (die-cut) shape following your logo's outline. Common sizes range from small name-tag patches around two to three inches wide up to larger back patches for jackets and vests. Like our other embroidery, your logo is digitized once and saved, so reordering skips that step.
